The Gears of Growth
As “ChiefOptimizer,” my clients are entrepreneurs and companies who are struggling to scale due to explosive growth, have hit a ceiling, have not been able to get market traction, or are totally overwhelmed and can’t resolve global operation issues. I work with them to develop “Real…Simple…Results” to get them moving forward.
Why is the worm gear in the ChiefOptimizer logo? The purpose of a worm gear is to “decrease rotational speed and allow a higher torque to be transmitted.” In other words, stop spending your energy spinning in circles. Customized Plan of Action
Based on my experience as former COO and as a Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) Implementer, we start with a quick assessment to comprehend and get a handle on your business goals, strengths, and challenges. After the initial assessment, we work collaboratively to create a plan of action to put new systems, procedures, and to get everyone moving forward in the same direction. The plan is to optimize the best or most effective use of the company’s situation to create a structure of flexibility to get “break through the ceiling.” For example, my client ABC Packaging Direct had hit a ceiling. By putting new systems, processes, and procedures into place, it got everyone moving forward in the same direction. The result: The company increased their sales by 70% within six months.

Face-to-Face, One-on-One Coaching
For my more involved projects, I meet or speak with my clients on a quarterly basis in a formal consultation and encourage additional calls as needed. I will help you create and execute plans, processes, procedures, marketing, or make introductions to service providers or experts – anything that’s needed to move forward. The attention to detail pays off. For example, a start-up mobile technology company was struggling to get market Traction®. After the initial assessment, I helped them rethink their product, target market, marketing, and connected them to potential partners and customers. As a result, they secured a major contract with a Fortune 500 company, and I was also able to connect them to a senior executive at Salesforce.com. The result: The company become a Salesforce.com App Exchange partner and is now being introduced to other Salesforce.com Enterprise clients.
Through my extensive network, I’m especially skilled at linking my clients with companies and corporations who are eager to engage with them for their services. Recently, a Middle East client called who had been struggling for over a month to establish a bank account in the United States. Within a few hours of using my connections in financial services, my client was connected to a major US bank who was extremely excited and eager to work with a high net-worth individual.
